“Tradition” is an old-world style blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Cabernet Franc. This is a return to our roots and the wines we made in California at the start of this venture. Where the Cabernet Sauvignon provides structure and dark cassis fruit, and the Merlot delivers supple richness, the Cabernet Franc finishes with the spice and texture to complete this blend. The combination of these three classic varietals results in aromas of red currant, crushed flowers, cassis, plums, green olives, with flavors of red currant, plums, salt, and woodsmoke.
