We started our Bordeaux varietal program in 2010 with Cabernet Franc, and it continues as a standalone wine as well as an important component of “Tradition”, our old-world style blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Cabernet Franc. For the first time in a few years, the Cabernet Franc from the Rattlesnake Road Vineyard is the cornerstone of this wine, delivering the perfect balance in an old-world style textured, red-fruit driven, subtly spicy, and floral Cabernet Franc. Eminently enjoyable now with a wide range of foods, it has the depth the age for a considerable time as well.
