In 2012, we added a block of 828 to the lots we harvested and fermented from Lia’s Vineyard, increasing the components available for the final blend. The 828 complemented the traditional co- ferment of Wadenswil, Pommard and Mariafeld we have done every year, along with a lot of 115 co- fermented with a touch of Mariafeld. The result is a wine with delicate body, balancing acidity and a velvety mouthfeel. Aromas unfold with cranberries, mushrooms, and pepper, followed by flavors of raspberries, cranberries, white pepper, and forest floor.
