This is one of the oldest Willamette Valley vineyards we work with, including 41-year old Pommard from the Bishop block of the Durant vineyard, delivering round fleshy richness and pronounced fruit. That, along with 114 and 115 clones from the Lark block, which are co-fermented to fuse the elegance of the 114 with the spicy notes of the 115. 56% percent of the blend is co- fermented, providing an additional layer of complexity, and earthy spiciness. Typical of most of the Dundee Hills, these sites are on Jory volcanic soil, producing the classic elegant red fruit the area is known for.
