This special single vineyard wine is from a prized old vineyard (formerly known as Jacob-Hart) in the Chehalem Mountains. Owner Todd Hansen is a grower who gives the utmost attention and care to the vineyard, producing perfectly balanced vines and resulting fruit. This blend is a co-ferment of some of the vineyards oldest and best blocks of Wadensvil, Pommard and Mariafeld (aka clone 23). Grown on volcanic jory soil, these lots combine to make a wine of tremendous purity, complexity and finesse.
