Planted at 1200 feet in the foothills of the Blue Mountains in Walla Walla Oregon, this site features deep well drained silty loam soils perfect for a rich, concentrated, structured and well- balanced Cabernet Sauvignon. Following a long, cold maceration, the dark small-berried fruit was fermented and aged in two different lots with different yeast strains, adding multiple dimensions to the wine. This blend is built around aromatics, suave tannins and early approachability, while still having the structure and depth to age for twenty plus years.
